HOW TO GET YOUR HANDS ON MyCupcakes

1. FLAVOUR

Chocolate or Vanilla

(Only one flavour is allowed per order)

To add chocolate chips to MyCupcakes - please add RM0.30 for each cupcake)

2. BUTTERCREAM TOPPING

Vanilla

3. PRICING :

(Kindly note that the minimum order is 16 pieces of MyCupcakes)

For MyCupcakes with Buttercream frosting only:

Simple swirl design (Refer above pic)

(RM2.00/piece)

For MyCupcakes with Buttercream frosting :

For special request/theme eg colours/theme/design/writings etc

(For sample - Refer to above picture)

(RM2.50/piece)

For MyCupcakes with Buttercream frosting + fondant deco:

(Starting from RM3.00/piece)

For MyCupcakes (TOP covered with fondant + fondant deco) -

(Starting from RM4.00/piece )

*it would also be easier if you provide us with a budget for us to work with*

For MyCupcakes

(Wholly covered with fondant + fondant decoration):

RM6.00/Piece

Notes:

(Nonetheless, in the event there are special requests for specific and special fondant deco, prices may vary accordingly)


4. PACKAGING

Cake Box (Free of Charge)

In the event that there is a request for individual packaging (For eg as door gift) then an additional RM0.30/piece will be charged.


For Special Boxes with HOLES with Clear surface: (Subject to availability)
To add: RM4.00 for Special Box with 16 holes



5. HOW TO ORDER

Kindly place your order at least:

1 week in advance for small and simple orders
1 month in advance for Customised orders/large quantities.

~Specific requests: eg colours/writings/decoration/theme
~Type of Function: birthdays/wedding/mother’s day etc
~Date of function
~Time (For Picking up) - we would appreciate if you could come over to our place to pick up (during pre-agreed time).

7. Method of Payment

Step 1

Please SMS the Contact person for MyCupcakes (ANOR) (Providing the Details as per above said Item 6) to this no :

We shall then we will reply vide SMS/E-mail as to whether:

1. We are able to comply with your requests
2. Any variation of price corresponding to specific requests (if any)
3. Whether agreeable to variation of price (if any)

Or we shall also reply vide SMS/E-mail if we are unable to comply (shall provide reasons of course).

4. To proceed with Step 2


Step 2
Once Step 1 is completed, please make payment via online or CDM (cash deposit machine) to MyCupcakes' bank account.

Note : Information will be provided once Step 1 has been completed

Step 3
Your order will be processed once payment is received.
Note: Address will only be given upon confirmation of order. We shall provide a map to our house if so required.


Step 4
Kindly self collect your order from our humble residence during pre-agreed time!


Note : Once you are at our place, kindly “uuuhhh - aaaah” and go “gugu-gaga” first (hopefully) at your cupcakes/MyCupcakes as per requested and then only… only then I can happily let you bring them home….
